Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Rajli collects, uses and protects your data when you use the sa.rajli.app website and the Rajli app on iOS and Android, including discount codes, coupons, cashback, gift cards and the price comparison tool. By using the website or the app, you agree to this policy.

1. Data we collect

Data you provide

• Account data: name, email address, mobile number and password (stored encrypted), or your account identifier when you sign in with Google or Apple.
• Country and language you choose, so we can show relevant offers.
• Messages and requests: what you send us through contact, support or coupon suggestion forms.
• Product links you paste into the price comparison tool.

Data collected automatically

• Usage data: stores and coupons you view, copied codes, visits to stores, in-app searches, ratings and favorites.
• Device data: an app-specific identifier on your device, notification token, device type, operating system and app version.
• Advertising identifier: the iOS IDFA (only after you allow it) or the Android advertising ID, to measure the ad campaigns that brought you to the app.
• Website cookies: we use Google Tag Manager and analytics tools to understand and improve how the website is used.

Cashback and gift card data

• When you activate cashback, we record your visit to the store: the store, the time and a tracking number that does not include your name or email.
• Affiliate networks or participating stores send us details of eligible orders: an order reference, its value, its status and the cashback amount.
• We keep your balance, cashback history and gift card orders. Gift card codes are stored encrypted.
• We use encrypted (hashed) technical data about your IP address and device to prevent fraud and abuse.

We do not collect your precise location, contacts, photos or payment card details; purchases are made on the stores' own websites and apps.

2. How we use your data

• To create your account, sign you in and verify your mobile number.
• To show coupons and offers for your country and language.
• To track, calculate and confirm cashback, and to fulfil gift card orders.
• To send notifications about new coupons from your favorite stores and cashback updates; you can turn them off in your device settings.
• To analyze usage, improve the app and website, and fix problems.
• To measure the effectiveness of our ad campaigns.
• To prevent fraud, protect accounts, answer your requests and comply with the law.

3. Tracking and advertising

We use AppsFlyer to learn which ad or campaign brought you to the app and to measure its results, using the device identifier, the advertising identifier and key in-app events such as sign-in, coupon copies and visits to stores. We never send AppsFlyer your name, email, mobile number or what you type in search.

• iOS: the app asks for your permission before tracking. You can change it at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
• Android: you can delete or reset your advertising ID in Settings → Privacy → Ads.

We do not show third-party ads in the app, and we do not sell your personal data.

4. Sharing your data

We share data only as needed with:

• Technical service providers: Google Firebase (analytics, notifications and mobile number verification), AppsFlyer (campaign measurement) and our hosting services.
• Affiliate networks and participating stores: only the visit tracking number, to record your order and calculate cashback.
• Gift card providers: the order details needed to issue your card.
• Google and Apple: when you choose to sign in with them.
• Authorities: when required by a lawful or judicial request.

5. Security and retention

Data travels between the app and our servers over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Passwords and gift card codes are stored encrypted, and access is limited to authorized staff. We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data and keep financial records (cashback and gift cards) without anything that identifies you, for accounting and fraud prevention.

6. Deleting your account

You can delete your Rajli account at any time in the app:

1. Open the Rajli app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile, then Edit my Profile.
3. Tap Delete Account, then Yes, Delete.

If you cannot access the app, email info@rajli.app from the email on your account, or include your registered mobile number, and we will complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted: your name, email, mobile number, password, Google or Apple sign-in link and notification tokens.
What we keep, without anything that identifies you: cashback and gift card transaction records, for accounting and fraud prevention.

You can also ask for a copy of your data, or for specific data to be deleted without deleting your account, by emailing the same address.

7. Children

Rajli is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time and will show the latest update date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the website or app after an update means you accept the updated policy.
